We have been using the Hearing Aid Center, now Northwest Hearing, to service my husband Jerry’s hearing aids for over 30 years.

They have always searched out the best aids and brands that are available. Working to find the best ways to serve clients is standard practice for David. It is like talking with family every time we visit.

Four years ago David recommended my husband look into the possibility of surgery. He thought Jerry might be a good candidate to improve his hearing with surgery. We made an appointment with an ENT and Jerry was a great candidate for the type of surgery David had told us about. He had the surgery in Fargo and the improvement in his hearing has been amazing. He will always need hearing aids but no longer does he require the most powerful aids. He hears things he never heard before and even has minimal hearing without the hearing aids. We owe David a huge thank you for directing us down the right path!
